expensive and have upfront fees (that we neither support nor participate in),
however they do provide 100% financing.

all of our financing programs need a
good business plan with
independently prepared projections in the form of a feasibility study. If you do not have one and cannot or will not
pay for one, then the chance of our being able to arrange financing for you is
small. As well, if there is real estate involved, you must have an MAI appraisal showing current appraised
value and “completed” value if there is going to be construction or development…
AND you must show you control the land either through ownership
or a purchase agreement that allows enough time to get financing in place.
That is
simply the way it is to get deals or projects financed today.
